Guidelines

• Net rates include all taxes.
• Check-in: 12:00 PM / Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Rates are per room per night on single or double occupancy.
• Child below 5 years complimentary per room. Child above 5 years fully chargeable.
• EP: Room Only.
• MAP: Room with Breakfast and Dinner.
• CP: Room with Breakfast.

Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment Terms

• All reservations will be entertained only against full payment in advance.
• In case of non-payment, Hotel reserves the right to release the reservation without prior notice and refund.

Cancellation / Amendment Terms

• More than 50 days before check-in: 30% of total cost charged.
• Between 10-14 days: 50% of total cost charged.
• Between 6-9 days: 70% of total cost charged.
• 5 days before check-in or No Show: 100% of total cost charged.
• Bookings made less than 15 days before check-in are 100% Non-Refundable.
• Failure to arrive is considered No Show → 100% charges + reservation released.
• No refund in case of early check-out (100% charged).
• Any preponement/postponement of booking will be treated as cancellation and liable for charges above.

Other Policies

• Pets: Not permitted for comfort and safety of guests.
• Smoking: Permitted in some rooms. Request at booking to ensure availability.
• Security: Guests must carry valid Photo ID at check-in. Foreigners must carry valid Passport & Visa. Baggage security check may be carried out prior to check-in.

Safety and Security:
Guests are advised to keep their valuables secure at all times. The Hotel shall not be liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
Fire safety regulations must be adhered to at all times. Emergency exits and evacuation procedures are clearly marked and should be followed in the event of an emergency.
